With permission granted by DEFA, we are able to operate guided tours around the plantation. Electric scooters are not legal for use on the roads or in public places, including plantations, by the general public.
The use of planation tracks are also covered under the Road Traffic Act 1985, making you liable and responsible for dangerous or careless driving, use of mobile phones whilst driving/riding and reporting of accidents involving another plantation user.
You will be required to complete and sign a disclaimer, also referred to as our "Acknowledgement of Risk & Responsibility, Waiver of Liability and Terms and Conditions" form in order to participate. Our code of E-Scootering is also available to download to understand the expected conduct when attending sessions, for the safety of you and the safety of other plantation users.
Paper copies will be available on the day to read/complete & sign.
Should you have any queries, please get in touch!
Feel free to take a look around whilst we make the finishing touches.
We look forward to welcoming you soon.
